Good evening future wives and husbands! What a beautiful day it is! I know today is Super Bowl Sunday. Most are going to a Super Bowl party, hosting a Super Bowel party, or actually at the game. Some just may be like me home chillin lol. I want to take some time away from the game to reach out to someone out there who may need to hear a word today. I know there may be some that is going through self doubt and uncertainty. I have been there many times and I still at times wonder what my future will be like. Will I have the husband and family I crave? Will my career flourish? Will my financial situation get better?
When I am feeling uncertain and feeling down, I know that it is the attack of the devil. Let’s be real ladies and gentlemen! Right when we get to the brink of our success, we hear the devil trying to whisper seeds of doubt, low self esteem, and feeling defeated! I am tired of listening to a Devil that is not going to WIN!!! God is the Winner and the Author and Finisher of our lives!! We have to see ourselves victorious and getting all that we ask or think. I want to share with you all one of my favorite bible verses that has helped me when I get self doubt.
Philippians 4: 4-13 (NIV)
Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding,will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.
I rejoiced greatly in the Lord that at last you renewed your concern for me.Indeed, you were concerned, but you had no opportunity to show it. I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do all this through him who gives me strength.
I love this verses! I always read it when I began to doubt God when I should really be giving God Thanks! God have always been there for me and always came on time! We can do all things through Christ who Strengthens US!! We have the power with GOD to fight against what the devil try to tell us! Do not cave in to doubt nor fear! We are winners and if we keep our eyes on God then we cannot fail!
I truly pray that my future wives rise above the doubt and pain and see that we are all conquers! Meditate on this word and put it in your heart. This is my go to Scripture, so let it be yours! God bless xoxo
